ROBOTEC II – Pallet Nailing and Stacking Robot

Pallet production robot arm that can be equipped with 6 nail shooting guns and various types of nails ranging from 25-90mm, for a rotating double-sided pallet preparation table with pneumatic actuators and the necessary control panel and software.  

OPERATION PRINCIPLE

• KUKA robot arm performs both pallet and pallet foot nailing simultaneously, as well as the pallet stacking function. Pallets are stacked according to requirements, including one inside the other, with the stack height adjustable as needed, and the number of pallets required can be determined.
• The equipment set is operated by 1 person. The planned time for manufacturing one standard pallet with 7 boards is 50 seconds/piece, or 440-480 pieces per shift, including pallet feet.
• Pallet size change is performed in approximately 30 minutes (for the set pallet) according to the installed software and pallet manufacturing templates or according to specified mm markings on the nailing table. The nailing table is equipped with vertical and horizontal guides and pneumatic actuators ensuring perfect pallet diagonals and corners.
