PNEUMATICO WT-2 Pallet Repair Table

The PNEUMATICO work table, model WT-2, is designed to provide a durable and ergonomic work surface for pallet repair stations. Pneumatico manufactures two table models - WT-1 and WT-2.

The PNEUMATICO pallet repair table, model WT-2, is a specialized model for EPAL / EURO type pallet repairs. The table is equipped with a work surface measuring 1350 x 1430 mm. During the design process, significant attention was given to discussions with companies in the pallet repair industry, which highlighted the table elements that are important from the user’s perspective. Therefore, the Pneumatico WT-2 pallet repair table is equipped with a pneumatic pallet lift. By pressing the pneumatic foot pedal, the pallet is raised by several centimeters, allowing the pallet being repaired to be easily rotated 360 degrees, minimizing the operator's workload. Another important design element is the "basket" for vertical rotation of the pallet. This is the most energy-intensive aspect of pallet repair. Pallet repair technicians unanimously noted that this element is highly functional and directly impacts productivity.
