The 4PRO screw strip for rigid gypsum board, with a diameter of 4.2 mm and a length of 32-41 mm, is ideal for the installation of rigid gypsum boards, such as Fermacell, onto wooden or metal profiles. The galvanized coating of the screws provides additional corrosion protection, while the sharp tip design ensures quick and efficient penetration into the board surface. The countersunk head with reverse thread ensures that the screw head automatically sinks into the material, creating a smooth surface and ensuring quality finishing.

Usage:

• For fastening rigid gypsum boards (e.g., Fermacell) to wooden or metal profiles. The sharp tip design allows for quick penetration, while the countersunk head with reverse thread creates a smooth installation surface.

• Recommended drill (Senco DuraSpin, Makita, or any other manufacturer’s drill with automatic screw feeding) with a speed of 2000-5000 RPM to ensure fast and secure assembly.

Consumption: Approximately 15 pcs./m², calculated with a screw spacing of 20 cm along the edges and 30 cm in the middle of the board.
