SENCO screw strip for gypsum board is ideally designed for securing gypsum board to metal profiles (up to 1mm). With dimensions of 3.9 x 25-45 mm and a black phosphate coating, these screws provide minimal rust protection and excellent adhesion with joint compound. The screws' countersunk head ensures automatic sinking into the material, creating a smooth and ready surface for gypsum board finishing.

Phosphate-coated screws indicate that they have undergone surface treatment with a phosphate coating. The phosphating process is a chemical treatment that forms a phosphate layer on the metal surface, which helps improve the metal's resistance to corrosion and provides better adhesion with other materials, such as paint or joint compound. Phosphate-coated screws are commonly used in gypsum board installation as they ensure good adhesion and help create a durable connection while providing minimal rust protection.
