V/S/B Turbo is manufactured from steel (SAE1022) to withstand loads encountered during outdoor applications. The surface treatment "Zincotech®Au" provides excellent corrosion resistance in harsh environmental conditions and against wood preservatives. C4 corrosion resistance class.
The C4 class coating is a high-quality protective layer applied to screws to protect them from corrosion and other damage that may occur during prolonged use. This coating is also known as "eternal coating" due to its high durability and resistance to corrosion.
The C4 class coating indicates that it is designed for use in harsh environments with high levels of moisture and salt, such as coastal or industrial areas. These coated screws have also been tested to withstand 1000 hours of salt spray testing, demonstrating their high corrosion resistance.

Installation
The screw pilot ensures that the screw does not split the wood during installation. Pre-drilling is not necessary. An additional drill bit positioned above the thread facilitates easier insertion of longer screws, reducing the driving resistance. Recommended screw driving speed is 400-1200 RPM.
