TITAC composite material T-type nails and TU clamps were developed for use in the forestry industry, but since then they have been utilized across all sectors. The main advantages include their gentle impact on cutting tools, non-magnetic and non-conductive properties, and resistance to commonly encountered chemicals. T-type nails penetrate materials with less force than TU clamps. TITAC T-type nails are available in three different hardness levels, which have been extensively tested.
Soft
- Suitable for softwoods such as spruce, pine, alder, and cedar.
Hard
- Suitable for hardwoods, such as birch, maple, sycamore, or plywood.
Superhard
- Suitable for the hardest wood materials.
