SCRAIL® collated screws - a hybrid of nails and wood screws - are specifically designed for a wide range of applications and meet various needs. The SCRAIL® principle is to invest minimal time while providing maximum fastening strength. SCRAIL® screws are quickly driven into panels using standard pneumatic nailers. Thanks to the aggressive thread design, SCRAIL® screws achieve more than 80% of the fastening strength of wood screws. Flexibility when needed – an additional advantage compared to conventional nails, SCRAIL® can be easily unscrewed.
Applications/Properties:
- Ideal for natural wood facades and decking boards that darken over time;
- Non-reflective surface, unlike conventional stainless steel products;
- Surface is resistant to cleaning and alkaline solutions;
- Good adhesion of the oxide layer - the layer is durable against bending and wear.
