RGD 100 Alu-Butyl is designed as an airtight sealing collar suitable for metal, plastic, mineral, or absorbent surfaces. EISEDICHT® aluminum butyl collars provide excellent adhesion, making them ideally suited for professional building opening sealing, especially on difficult-to-treat surfaces.

The seals are made from permanently flexible EPDM rubber, which is resistant to aging and suitable for use across a wide temperature range. The aluminum butyl sealing collars can be used both indoors and outdoors, as well as in basement areas to prevent rising moisture.

High adhesion makes them suitable for standard surfaces in timber frame constructions, such as softwood fiberboards and OSB boards.
