QUICK-SET is a simple and efficient furniture connector, available with a Ø5 mm thread, while the plastic dowel maintains a consistent diameter of 8 mm. QUICK-SET is self-tapping and invisible.
The two-part connector can be installed just like a standard dowel, but in significantly less time. This connection can be quickly and easily inserted into holes created with a standard wood drill.
QUICK-SET is easily compressible and can be used as an aid for material bonding, securely fixing until the adhesive has cured.
The withdrawal force in 19 mm thick laminate reaches up to 60 kg! Due to its geometry, QUICK-SET is excellently suited for mass production needs and is highly economical.

Installation: The hole diameter is the same as the thread and plastic dowel diameter. The hole depth for the plastic dowel should be 31–32 mm, and the dowel can be inserted without the need for adhesive. Holes can be created using a dowel milling machine, CNC machine, or dowel drill. Wooden dowels can be used for additional strength.
