Pneumatico - Pallet Production Table PT-2800

The semi-automatic pallet nailing equipment is the ideal solution for the production of high-quality pallets in various sizes. Its design allows for quick and easy size changes in pallet nailing, thereby ensuring rapid transitions from standard to non-standard pallet nailing. Only one operator is required, and productivity reaches 180-210 pallets in an 8-hour shift (depending on the operator's skills and work organization). Two nailers with different sizes of nails are mounted on two balancers to facilitate tool positioning. Pneumatic block holders and pallet lifters ensure high pallet quality and easy extraction. The working height and tilt are adjustable. 

For pallets from 800 - 2800mm L x 1500mm H, with 9 top boards per pallet. Maximum size 2800x1500mm. Also possible to manufacture: 600x800 – half pallets or pallets on stringers (2, 3, or 4 stringers).
