Pneumatico - Pallet Production Table PT-1900

The semi-automatic pallet nailing equipment is the ideal solution for the production of high-quality pallets in various sizes. Its design allows for quick and easy adjustments for different pallet nailing sizes, ensuring rapid transitions from standard to non-standard pallet nailing. Only one operator is required, achieving a productivity rate of 210-230 pallets in an 8-hour shift (depending on operator skills and work organization). Two nailers with different size nails are mounted on two balancers to facilitate tool placement. Pneumatic block holders and pallet lifters ensure high pallet quality and easy retrieval. Working height and tilt are adjustable. 

For pallets from 800 - 1900mm L x 1300mm H, 9 top boards per pallet. Maximum size 1900x1300mm. Also capable of producing: 600x800 – half pallets or pallets on stringers (2, 3, or 4 stringers).
